Licensed security
Licensed security at every event, plus bag checks on entry.
Production
Lighting and production planned with your venue team.
DJs
We book the DJs and run the lineup on the night.
Promotion
Our promoter team and the Vex U18s socials get the word out.
Ticketing
Tickets sell through Eventbrite, with the age range and entry rules on the event page.
One point of contact
A member of the Vex team is on site all night for your staff, security and parents.

Safety on the night

Licensed security at every event, plus our own plain-clothes team spread through the venue watching the crowd all night.
Zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs and vapes. Anyone found with them, or arriving affected, is refused entry or removed, and we contact their parent or guardian.
Bag checks on entry.
Guests must be under 18.
A member of the Vex team is on site all night as the point of contact for security, venue staff and parents.

House rules

Every guest is expected to:

Not bring or use alcohol, drugs or vapes
Not bring weapons or glass
Treat other guests, staff and crew with respect
Follow directions from security and crew at all times

Anyone who breaks these rules is removed from the event (on a boat, they stay with security until we return to the wharf), their parent or guardian is contacted, and they’re banned from future Vex events.
