Start with a DJ or ask us to put the full night together.
Venue, sound and lighting, catering, security, a photo booth or a videographer. Tell us what you have already booked and what you want us to organise. We will build the package around the job, not add things you do not need.
Extras are quoted for your event. Nothing is added to your booking just because you tick a box.

How much does DJ hire cost?
The price depends on the date, location, playing time and the equipment your venue needs. Tell us what you are planning and we will quote the DJ and any extras clearly. If you already have sound and lighting, mention it so we can check what can be used.
Is a sound system included?
Yes. Standard sound is included with Vex private DJ hire. Want a bigger setup? Ask about a premium sound upgrade with extra subwoofers and speakers, quoted separately.
Do we choose a particular DJ?
Tell us about your event and the music you love. We’ll take care of the DJ. If you have a particular Vex artist in mind, enquire through their artist page.
Can you organise more than a DJ?
Yes. We put together full event packages including venue, sound and lighting, catering, security, photography and photo booths. Tell us what you have arranged already and what you want us to handle.
Can we send songs we love and songs to avoid?
Absolutely. Both lists help us understand the night you want. Tell us about your guests, preferred genres and any school or venue music requirements, too.
Does an enquiry reserve the date?
Not yet. We first check the date, brief and supplier availability, then send a quote. Your booking is confirmed through the agreed terms and deposit process, not by submitting this form.
