What you get

A digital copy on every print
Each print has its own QR code. Guests scan it and save the photo straight to their phone, no app and no sign-up.
A proper camera
A DSLR camera, not a tablet on a stand, with a big screen so guests see every shot before it prints.
An attendant for the night
Someone from the Vex team sets up, runs the booth, keeps the paper topped up and packs down. You never have to look after it.
Private by default
Photos are shared only through the QR code on each print, never in a public gallery. We can switch the links off after the event.
No venue wifi needed
Capture and printing work fully offline. Digital copies catch up as soon as the booth is back online.

Questions people ask
Can we hire the photo booth without a DJ?
Yes. The booth can be booked on its own, or added to a Vex DJ package so one team handles the music and the photos.
Is it suitable for school formals and under-18 events?
Yes. Photos are never posted to a public gallery. Each guest gets their own photo through the QR code on their print, and we can switch sharing off once the event is over.
How much space does the booth need?
A corner of the room near a power point is usually enough. Tell us about the venue when you enquire and we will confirm the setup with them.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Formal season and December weekends book out first. A 50% deposit locks in your date and the balance is due the week before.
Do you cover my area?
Vex works Australia wide. Send your suburb and date and we will confirm availability with your quote.
