For a formal or institutional venue, request the supplier access requirements, induction details and equipment conditions early. Include the venue coordinator in the planning.

A little planning goes a long way
Before you book in Canberra
- For an institutional venue, get the supplier requirements before confirming the arrival schedule. Access approval and setup time should be part of the plan, not a day-of question.
- For winter events, confirm whether guests and suppliers will be indoors throughout. Any outdoor component still needs suitable shelter and equipment positioning.
- For a property outside Canberra, ask the venue to confirm power arrangements and safe access. Include those details before choosing premium sound and lighting extras.

Yes. Send the venue, date and event outline, plus any supplier requirements the venue has provided. We will check the access and setup conditions as part of preparing the booking.

Absolutely. Tell us the music you love, the songs that matter and anything you want left out. We use that brief to shape the night, with room to respond to your guests rather than following a fixed playlist from start to finish.
Can you help with more than the DJ?
Yes. Standard sound is included. Tell us if you also want premium sound, lighting, a photo booth, photography or video. We can also help plan a full event package, including the venue, catering and security. Your quote will set out what is included so you can choose the scope that suits your event.
